Who is behind PremiMatch, how to reach us, and which companies keep the site and the postal service running.

Sole proprietorship, not entered in the commercial register and not subject to VAT.

The operator is responsible for the content of the site. For a question about an order, write to this address and quote the order reference (it is in the confirmation e-mail and on the payment receipt).

## What PremiMatch is

- A free comparison of premiums for basic health insurance (Grundversicherung / assurance de base) under the Health Insurance Act (KVG/LAMal), built on the official data of the Federal Office of Public Health (FOPH). It informs and does not advise: it shows a calculation, the decision stays yours.
- An optional paid service that prints and posts for you the cancellation letter written on the site. It is governed by the [terms of sale](https://premimatch.ch/en/terms-of-sale/).
- PremiMatch is tied to no health insurer, receives no payment from any of them for the ranking of offers and is not an insurance intermediary.
- PremiMatch is not a Swiss government website. The official calculator is [priminfo.admin.ch](https://www.priminfo.admin.ch/).

## Hosting and providers

The site is a set of files served by a content delivery network. The postal service relies on third-party companies; their role and the data they receive are described in the [privacy notice](https://premimatch.ch/en/privacy/).

- **Hosting**: Cloudflare, Inc., 101 Townsend Street, San Francisco, CA 94107, United States. The postal service's database is in Cloudflare's Western Europe region.
- **Payments**: Stripe Payments Europe, Limited, 1 Grand Canal Street Lower, Dublin 2, Ireland.
- **Printing and handover to Swiss Post**: Pingen GmbH, Badenerstrasse 47, 8004 Zurich, Switzerland.
- **Postal delivery**: Swiss Post Ltd, Wankdorfallee 4, 3030 Bern.
- **Order e-mails**: Resend (Plus Five Five, Inc.), United States.
- **Visit statistics**, only if you accept them: Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland.

## Sources and copyright

- The premiums are the FOPH's open data, published under a free-use licence with attribution. Each page shows the date of the data set.
- The texts, code and presentation of the site belong to PremiMatch. The figures may be reused freely, citing “PremiMatch, based on FOPH data” and the page's link (see [About](https://premimatch.ch/en/about/)).
- The names of the health insurers belong to their owners and are cited only to designate their offers.

## Liability

The information on the site is given for general purposes, with care, from the sources cited. It is neither insurance advice nor legal or medical advice. The premium that counts is your insurer's: check it on priminfo.admin.ch or with the insurer before switching. PremiMatch is not responsible for the content of the external sites it links to.
