In none of the 42 regions where it operates does Helsana have the cheapest standard offer. Its lowest standard premium for an adult is CHF 411.00 a month (Zug). ### 2. How do I cancel Helsana?

### 4. Can Helsana refuse to insure me?

No. For basic insurance (KVG/LAMal), every insurer must accept anyone living in a canton where it operates, whatever their age or health, with no medical questionnaire. This is not the case for supplementary insurance.
